Actien ERP Sales Management

Actien ERP Sales Management module for commercial offers are also implemented, allowing to record the history of negotiations with the client to determine the composition and conditions of sales. The functionality of the order as a "control center" for all subsequent actions on its processing is substantially developed. Order statuses have been entered ("not confirmed", "for payment", "for security", "for shipment"), describing the stages of order passing.

At different stages of the order may act as an order for security, for shipment, for paperwork. The control of the execution of orders is carried out with details up to the order line.

The subsystem provides the ability to specify a payment schedule for the customer’s order (both in terms of advance payments and payments for receivables). The schedule can be formed according to the selected calendar. This allows you to plan the receipt of revenue by day, monitor the client’s compliance with the agreed payment deadlines, allocate overdue receivables. The system allows to classify arrears by intervals of overdue depth.

A record of planned and actual debt in the context of orders, payment terms and settlement documents is maintained. At the same time, the work of users has been significantly simplified: manual posting of incoming payments is performed only on orders, distribution to other analytical sections is performed automatically in the background.

Similar to sales, work with orders to suppliers and settlement of purchases has been implemented.
